Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Mr. Vladimir PUTIN
Mr. President of Rossiyskaya Federatsiya.
S________________/________________D

Dear Sir,

I am very pleased to address myself to you, as National Representative for the Province of Chubut -Argentine Republic-, in order to make you the following request.

It is about the disappearance of the Swedish diplomat Raoul WALLENBERG, who on January 17, 1945 was arrested by the Soviet Army and was declared dead as a consequence of a heart attack in 1947 by the Soviet Government of that time. This is nothing unusual except that some persons have seen Mr. WALLENBERG alive during the seventies and the eighties; that is why I am asking to you, as President of Russia to issue a final declaration about the fate of this Swedish diplomat.

We should remark that Mr. Raoul WALLENBERG, sixty one years ago, risked his life saving in Hungary tens of thousands of people condemned to death by the genocide plan of Adolf HITLER. In this way we shall be able to highlight and emphasize the noble values of solidarity and civic courage.

Thanking in advance for your cooperation, I request you once more for reliable information on the whereabouts of the Swedish diplomat Raoul, WALLENBERG.

Sending you my best regards I remain, Yours faithfully

Eduardo DE BERNARDI
Argentine Congressman
