Estimado Padre Moreno:

Permítame expresar mi sincero agradecimiento por la gentil invitación para participar de tan importante ocasión como la que se celebrará el próximo 29 de septiembre en la ciudad de Santa Fe.

La Provincia de Santa Fe merece sentir orgullo por ese hijo nativo que fuera creador de la Fundación Internacional Raoul Wallenberg (IRWF), el Sr. Baruj Tenembaum. En esta oportunidad quisiera unirme a los ciudadanos y al Gobernador de Santa Fe en el reconocimiento y homenaje a la vida de este hombre realmente notable.

Una vez más felicito a la Fundación por mantener viva la memoria y el ejemplo de Raoul Wallenberg a través de la promoción de la paz entre las naciones y los pueblos, así como de los programas educacionales basados en los conceptos del diálogo y el entendimiento nunca antes había sido tan vital como en la actualidad.

Con las seguridades de mi más alta y distinguida consideración.

I wish you would let me express my sincere gratitude for the kind invitation to take part in such an important event which will be held on September 29th in the city of Santa Fe.

The Santa Fe Province deserves to feel pride for that native son who created the International Raoul Wallenberg Foundation (IRWF), Mr. Baruj Tenembaum. In this occasion, I wish to join the citizens and the Santa Fe Governor to
pay a tribute to the life of this remarkable man.

Once again I congratulate the Foundation for keeping the memory and example of Raoul Wallenberg alive through not only the promotion of the peace among the nations and the countries, but also the educational programs based on the notions of dialogue and understanding that never before had been so vital as nowadays.
