Dr. Natalio Wengrower died in Buenos Aires.

Dr. Natalio Wengrower, one of the most prestigious social and community leaders from Argentina, passed away in Buenos Aires on September 12, 2014, at the age of 88 years. He led the mission of the International Raoul Wallenberg Foundation for many years.

Spanish diplomat Sebastian de Romero Radigales was awarded the title of Righteous among the Nations

The ceremony of bestowal of the title of Righteous among the Nations to Sebastian de Romero Radigales took place at Yad Vashem, on September 30th, 2014. The award was received by his granddaughter, Elena Castelli, who specially flew from Italy for the occasion.

The Wallenberg Foundation in ORT School, Buenos Aires.

The program “Wallenberg at School ” was presented at the ORT School on August 19, 2014. Educational program the Raoul Wallenberg Foundation on “Justs and Saviors” workshop.
The workshop was designed and implemented in a group of teachers. It aimed to open the debate on the importance of passing along the history of genocides, the story of those who opposed death and violence despite the terror and threats, singly or collectively.

The Wallenberg Foundation spread its activities through the newsletters over ten years. One hundred and twenty pieces publishing hundreds of activities were distributed to tens of thousands of subscribers.
